Outside of church,
Michael has served as an assistant scoutmaster, den leader, guardian
ad litem for abused children, and youth counselor.
Michael has lived in Florida for most of his life.
He obtained his undergraduate and law degrees from the
University
of Florida.
He and his wife are avid Gator fans.
During law school, Michael gained experience working for the United
States Attorney’s Office, Civil Clinic at the University of Florida, and Legal Aid Society of Palm
Beach County. After law school, Michael worked at several large law
firms litigating cases throughout the State of Florida. This experience
allowed him to develop a reputation with judges and attorneys
throughout Florida and to learn the local practices of
many different courts. He represented some of the largest
corporations in America before switching over to
representing individual people. His experience representing both
sides has provided him with a unique perspective on the tactics used
by businesses and insurance companies. He has also taught as an
adjunct professor of law. |
